Our People
Our staff and board are committed to growing the next generation of WA theatre makers and performing artists. We put young creative Western Australians first.
WAYTCo is run by a team of three super talented and hardworking part-timers. We strive to provide high quality opportunities and pathways to the performing arts for young people, in a safe and supportive environment, and to create shows that can be enjoyed by everyone.
Each year we produce between 350 and 450 unique events (performances, sessions, tutorials, workshops), that’s at least one activity for every day of the year! To achieve our output we draw on a dynamic group of young casuals and a number of outstanding teaching artists, all of whom are practising professional artists.
